MT Brentry common project tools
All members of the MT Brentry project utilise the defined digital tools for information exchange and communication. By registering your contact information in this Project sign-up, you will receive invitations to the Project website, the communication platform – Jira, and the common data environment platform – Dalux, as well as to the training sessions required before using these tools.
Project website
Here you will find project information, a contact list, applicable information requirements, and defined guidelines. You can also access the project platforms and associated manuals.
Communication platform – Jira
Project communication, meetings, and issue management are performed through Atlassian – Jira. Here you will find communication between project members, meeting protocols, and project decisions. It is through Jira you raise your questions, provide your answers, host your meetings, and manage your project issues.
Common Data Environment platform – Dalux
All project documents, drawings, and 3D models are stored and shared in Dalux. Here is where you will find all shared design information and also where you provide your input for design coordination, as well as deliverables for review sessions and final publication. Dalux also provides means for model and drawing review, design issue and review comment coordination, and digital production issue management.
